☆☆☆The Community Kitchen will be CLOSED for the month of August, no lunches.☆☆☆ They are taking a much needed break…..HOWEVER – The Porch will still be available Wednesday and Saturday mornings and the Food Shelf will be open on Wednesdays, from 12:30 to 1:30, as usual.

Join librarian Leah Gessner every third Wednesday of the month in person at the Guilford Free Library or via Zoom at 6:30pm. All are welcome to request a copy of the current book by emailing or calling the library.
This class is free to all! Bone Builders is an gentle exercise class using various techniques. The focus is on strength building, flexibility and balance. Wear comfy clothes. No special equipment is required. Though some folks bring small hand weights. All levels of fitness are welcome! FYI: This program, which is now in it’s 3rd year(!) was started by the Worcester Neighbor Network (WNN).
Cemetery Commission meets on the third Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. When the weather is favorable the meetings are held at a different cemetery each month. In case of rain, or during the winter, meetings are held at the Town Office. Members of the public are welcome.
Guilford Cares Senior Support Group 1st and 3rd Thurs at the BBCC 1:00-2:00. Description: __________________________________________ Support Group meets the first and third Thursday of the month from 1:00-2:00 pm at Broad Brook Community Center. Seniors meet to chat about the many aspects of aging in place; health, fitness, communication with family, wisdom from life experiences, or something new we hadn’t thought of before! A weekly Food Pantry every Thursday between 3pm-4pm, free of charge, made available by the Guilford Cares. Regularly Scheduled Selectboard Meetings occur at 6:30 pm on the second and fourth Monday of every month, unless it falls on a holiday, then the meeting will be the Wednesday immediately following at 6:30 pm.

The Grange meets 2x a month at the Town Hall: the 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 6:00pm->8:00pm Potluck starts at 6:00pm with the meeting following afterwards. (currently 12 people maximum.)
Join us for stories and songs at the library every Tuesday afternoon. Most suited for kids 5 and under, but all are welcome. We’d love to have you join us! We’ll sing a song, read a story, and make sure you’re all set with reading materials for you and your kid(s). It’s a great time to meet other parents and have time for kids to play together inside or outside at the library.
