Alyssa Black

Alyssa Black is a Democrat representing the Chittenden-24 district in the Vermont House of Representatives, where she serves on the House Committee on Health Care. A resident of Essex since 1995, she works as a health care administrator for a local family practice serving over 16,000 area residents, a role she has held for more than 24 years. Born and raised in Fredonia, New York, she attended the University of Vermont and first moved to Vermont in 1990. She also serves as a Justice of the Peace in Essex.
