Charles Kimbell is a Democrat representing the Windsor-5 district in the Vermont House of Representatives, currently serving his fourth term after first serving from 2017 to 2023 and returning in 2025. He serves on the House Committee on Ways and Means as Ranking Member and on the Joint Fiscal Committee, and previously chaired the House Committee on Commerce and Economic Development.
