Christopher Howland

Christopher Howland is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives serving the Rutland-4 district since 2025, where he sits on the House Committee on Energy and Digital Infrastructure. A Rutland native, he holds degrees from Vermont Technical College and Northeastern University and previously worked as a Professional Engineer for a Boston engineering firm before retiring from Green Mountain Power. He also served in the Vermont National Guard and held local civic roles including Justice of the Peace and Collector of Delinquent Taxes.
