Gayle Pezzo

Gayle Pezzo has represented the Chittenden-20 District in the Vermont House of Representatives since January 2025, after being elected in November 2024. She serves on the House Committee on General and Housing, and her legislative priorities reflect her professional background of over two decades working as a counselor and clinical director in mental health, substance abuse, and comorbidity treatment. Before her election, she was active in community organizing in Colchester, contributing to the creation of an Incorporated Municipal Village, and served on the Vermont State Environmental Justice Advisory Council and the Mobile Home Task Force.
