Martin LaLonde

Martin LaLonde is a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives representing the Chittenden-12 District, a seat he has held since 2023 after previously representing the Chittenden 7-1 District beginning in 2015. He serves as Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and is an attorney who earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan, later clerking for federal judges on the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Before his current district assignment, LaLonde also served on the South Burlington School Board from 2010 to 2021.
