Mary E. Howard

Rep. Mary E. Howard has represented the Rutland-6 District in the Vermont House of Representatives since January 2023. She has lived in Rutland County for more than forty years and previously worked for Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, Graybar Electric Company, and the Rutland County State's Attorney Office. Howard has served on the House General and Military Affairs Committee as Clerk and as Co-Chair of the Vermont Worker's Caucus, and has a background in community service including United Way's Allocations Committee and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.
