Michael Boutin

Michael Boutin has represented the Washington-3 district in the Vermont House of Representatives since January 2025 and serves on the House Committee on Commerce and Economic Development. A lifelong Barre City resident and Spaulding High School graduate, he previously served as a Ward 2 city councilor for 14 years and chaired the Barre City Republicans. He currently serves as board chair of the Barre Unified Union School District and has also served as council liaison to the Barre Partnership and the Barre Community Justice Center.
