Michael Nigro

Michael Nigro is a Democratic State Representative serving Bennington's Bennington-5 district, having begun his current term on January 8, 2025, after previously serving the Bennington-2-2 district from 2021 to 2023. He holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA, and his professional background includes a decade in behavioral health, eight years as director of a Medicare-certified home healthcare agency in Bennington County, and co-ownership of a catering and concessions business with his wife, Sarah Perrin. During his earlier legislative term, he served on the House Committee on Commerce and Economic Development.
