Patricia McCoy

Patricia McCoy is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives representing the Rutland-1 District, first elected in 2014 and currently serving through January 2027. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she has been a Poultney resident since 1979 and holds a degree in Environmental Resource Management from the University of Connecticut. In addition to her legislative role, she has served as Poultney's Town Clerk and Treasurer since 1991 and sits on the House Transportation Committee and House Rules Committee. She was elected House minority leader in November 2018.
