Thomas Stevens

Thomas Stevens has represented the Washington-Chittenden district in the Vermont House of Representatives since 2009 and currently serves on the House Committee on Appropriations. A Waterbury resident since 1996, he has held local leadership roles including Chair of the Waterbury Select Board and President of the Waterbury Village Trustees, and served eight years on the board of Downstreet Housing and Community Development. His professional background spans the arts, education, and agriculture, including work as executive director of the Vermont Alliance for Arts Education and current employment at Maple Wind Farm in Richmond. He holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Boston University.
