Allie Schachter

Allie Schachter serves as a City Councilor representing Burlington's East District (Wards 1 & 8). She is the Director of Development at The Flynn, where she focuses on fundraising for educational programming and free community performances across Vermont. Prior to this role, she spent 15 years working in the human services sector on youth homelessness, housing, and child welfare system reform. She holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science & Public Policy from Harvard College and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
