Amanda Gustin

Amanda Gustin serves as a City Councilor for Ward II in Barre City, with her current term running through 2026. A historian specializing in Vermont, military, and equestrian history, she has held numerous civic roles including Vice Chair of the Board of Civil Authority, Vice Chair of the Planning Commission (2020–2023), and Barre City Representative to the CV Fiber Governing Board. She founded the Barre Up Flood Recovery Group following the 2023 flooding and was recognized with the Barre City "Extra Mile" Citizen Award that same year. She is also a 2023 graduate of the Vermont Leadership Institute from the Snelling Center for Government.
