Christine Sullivan

Christine Sullivan has served on the Waitsfield Selectboard since at least 2021, when she sought a two-year term following years of public service focused on local education. Prior to joining the Selectboard, she chaired the Harwood Unified Union School Board, served four years on the Waitsfield School Board, spent seven years as treasurer of the Waitsfield PTA, and served seven years on the board of Spring Hill School. In seeking her Selectboard seat, Sullivan emphasized the need for more efficient use of local tax dollars, stating that past projects "could have been better managed" and that discussion too often focused on "whether to do something" rather than "how best to do it."
