Emma Caffrey

Emma Caffrey serves as a Member of the Windsor Selectboard, alongside Chair Jeffrey Johnson, Vice Chair Tera Howard, and fellow members Ryan Palmer and Mary McNaughton. In October 2025, Caffrey and McNaughton hosted a public chat at the Windsor Public Library to gather community input on the hiring of a new town manager and the future direction of Windsor.
