Peter Hudkins

Peter Hudkins is a Chester Selectboard member who holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and brings over two decades of municipal service, having served on the budget and armory committees, board of adjustment, the first development review board, the first public safety building committee, and the planning board. In his professional career he worked as a general superintendent and project manager responsible for budgets of up to $35 million. Running for a one-year term, Hudkins identified housing, employment, and taxes as Chester's most pressing issues, advocating for workforce housing and proposing a dedicated housing committee drawing from planning, development review, and selectboard members.
