Ranjit "Buddy" Singh

Ranjit "Buddy" Singh is a Burlington City Council member representing the South District who has lived in Burlington for over 30 years. He works professionally as a loan officer at Spruce Mortgage and served 18 years on the Church Street Marketplace Commission (2005–2023), including multiple terms as Treasurer, helping guide the organization through the 2008 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. Singh has also served over 15 years on the board of the Burlington Boys & Girls Club and three years as PTO president at Champlain Elementary School, where his daughter is a student.
