Richard Hulett

Richard Hulett serves as a Selectboard Member in Pawlet, Vermont, and is the owner of Deer Flats Farm in West Pawlet. In August 2024, Vermont State Police cited Hulett on two counts of misdemeanor simple assault following a July 3 altercation with farm worker Ulver Perez-Roblero and Perez-Roblero's 15-year-old nephew, both of whom sought treatment for minor injuries at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Hulett declined to comment on the incident publicly, while his wife, Mandy Hulett, denied the charges as "completely false and unfounded," alleging the confrontation arose after the farm worker had attempted to sell cocaine to their son.
