Richard Pierce

Richard Pierce serves as a member of the Andover Selectboard, having been elected to a three-year term in March 2025. At an August 2025 Selectboard meeting, Pierce proposed an amendment to the town's purchasing policy, moving to raise the spending limit for incidentals to $2,000 and setting the threshold for minor purchases at $2,001 to $15,000, with required notification to both the Select Board and the Town Treasurer.
