Tim Roper

Tim Roper serves on the Chester Selectboard and previously served seven years on the town's planning commission, where he worked to remove barriers to local businesses. A Chester resident for 30 years, he has also been involved in the community through coaching and refereeing youth sports. He has identified affordable housing as Chester's most pressing issue, stating that "a community cannot thrive without affordable housing" and that the town must "use every tool available" to address record-high housing prices.
