Wendy Harrison

Wendy Harrison has served as a Democratic State Senator representing the Windham District in the Vermont Senate since January 2023. Before entering the legislature, she worked as a traveling municipal manager, serving as interim city manager in multiple Vermont communities including Rockingham, Bellows Falls, Vernon, and Winooski. Harrison also has a background in Florida local government, having served as an elected Town Council Member in Jupiter from 2007 to 2015 and held positions as Assistant Village Manager in Tequesta and Solid Waste Director in Martin County. In Vermont, she has been involved in regional civic organizations including as Chair of the SeVEDS Board and as a member of the Vermont State Transportation Board since 2017.
