Kevin Winter has represented the Rutland-Windsor district in the Vermont House of Representatives since 2025, serving the towns of Ludlow, Mount Holly, and Shrewsbury. He brings a 45-year career in corporate manufacturing and sales management — including positions at GE, UTC, and Teco-Westinghouse — to his legislative role, along with an engineering degree from Alfred University. Winter currently serves on the House Committee on Corrections and Institutions and the Canvassing Committee, and previously served on a New York state school board for 11 years.
