Leland Morgan

Leland Morgan is a Republican state representative from West Milton serving the Grand Isle-Chittenden district, which encompasses the towns of Alburgh, Grand Isle, Isle la Motte, North Hero, South Hero, and West Milton. A lifelong Vermont resident and University of Vermont graduate, Morgan previously served in the same seat from 2019 to 2023 before returning to office in January 2025. His professional background includes careers as an educator, military officer, and small business owner, and he currently serves on the House Committee on Natural Resources, Fish, and Wildlife.
