Rob North is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives serving the Addison-3 district, which covers Addison, Ferrisburgh, New Haven, Panton, Vergennes, and Waltham, having taken office on January 8, 2025. Born in Lafayette, Indiana and raised in New Jersey, North holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Duke University and a Master of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He previously worked for Honeywell designing control systems for Space Station Freedom and then spent his career at Collins Aerospace in Vergennes, Vermont, where he currently resides in Ferrisburgh. North ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2022, receiving 21.9% of the vote, before winning election to the seat he now holds.
